Cross 50 · Laws kept, values held, wishes carried.

Every incarnation cross is built from four gates: the Sun and Earth of the personality, the Sun and Earth of the design. Gate 50 as the personality Sun sets this family, and the bodygraph places that gate in the Spleen, the centre of instinct and survival awareness. So the cross is rooted in the oldest kind of knowing: what keeps a group alive, and what it agrees is worth keeping.

The I Ching calls hexagram 50 The Cauldron, the sacred bronze vessel of the ancestral temple. Wood feeds fire beneath it; the raw is cooked into nourishment; offerings are prepared for what a culture holds holy. The gate carries that image into the body as the keeper of values, the instinct for the law a community lives by. In the channel of Preservation, 27 to 50, it reaches the Sacral and becomes care with a spine, the responsibility that guards the young and the vulnerable.

The system reads the three angles as three ways the same material is lived. The Right Angle Cross of Laws turns inward, a life spent arriving at its own code, values earned in private before they can be offered. The Juxtaposition Cross of Values is the narrow lane, a fixed fate fused to one instinct for what is right. The Left Angle Cross of Wishes turns outward, a life braided into others, holding what the collective hopes for. The gift is the guardian of what nourishes; the shadow is the vessel defended long after the fire beneath it has gone out.
